As a leader in the fast casual restaurant industry, Firehouse Subs adopted the not-so-familiar Familiarization Tour model to elevate the traditional blogger experience. With more than 273 million impressions and $1.7 million advertising equivalency from just two FAM events, Liz is excited to share best practices of how a single media event propelled the brand into unprecedented PR successes.
