Media Breakfast 2009

Make plans to attend the "MediaMatch.Com - Make a Media Connection" themed Media Breakfast. The program will include a keynote address by speaker and futurist David Carlson, Univ. of Florida College of Journalism and Communications, as well as breakout sessions led by journalists with the print, TV, radio and internet media. A buffet breakfast and comprehensive media guide are included.

The "MediaMatch.Com" Media Breakfast is being planned by a committee chaired by Suleima Salgado of the Polk County Health Department. Committee members include Ken Nelson , APR, of AIM Engineering & Surveying; Phil Attinger of the American Red Cross - Polk County Chapter; Jim Frankowiak of the Coastal Public Relations Group; and Jennifer Baker of the Watson Clinic. Also, Angie Ellison of the Drug Prevention Resource Center; Danny Kushmer of the Southwest Florida Water Management District; Katie Gernert of Bond Clinic; Lilliam Larsen, APR of Polk Works; Pat Rideout of the Polk County Builders Association; Teresa O'Brien of Polk County Public Schools; and Shirley Whitney.
